1. The service
AgileFlex / FANMS lets authorised company and admin users manage fleet fuel cards, balances, vehicles, and related telematics. You must use the service only for lawful business purposes.
2. Accounts
- Keep passwords confidential; do not share logins
- Change default / one-time passwords promptly
- Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Access another company’s data without authority
- Bypass security controls, approvals, or lockouts
- Upload malware or overload the system
- Use the platform for fraud or other illegal activity
4. Privacy
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and the NDPA.
5. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled maintenance may occur. See Downtime Procedures.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated terms.
