Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

Rules for using AgileFlex / FANMS in a safe and lawful way. Applies to Fueling Agile staff, contractors, and customer users.

2. Allowed use

• Managing fleet fuel cards, balances, vehicles, subsidiaries, and related reports for legitimate business purposes
• Reviewing telematics and suspicious-activity signals to prevent fuel misuse
• Administering the platform within your assigned role

3. Prohibited use

You must not:

1. Share login credentials or leave sessions unlocked on shared devices
2. Attempt to access another company’s data without authorization
3. Bypass approval workflows, rate limits, lockouts, or security controls
4. Upload malware, scrape the service abusively, or overload the system
5. Use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
6. Export or share customer/personal data outside approved business need
7. Probe for vulnerabilities except under the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy
8. Commit secrets, production data dumps, or live credentials to source control or chat

4. Staff-specific rules

• Production access is for operational need only
• Use the minimum role required
• Follow the deploy SOP for releases and secret handling
• Report suspected incidents immediately

5. Monitoring

We may monitor system activity (including login metadata and admin audit logs) to secure the service, meet legal duties, and investigate abuse. See the Data Protection Policy.

6. Enforcement

Violations may lead to account suspension, access removal, contract termination, and/or referral to authorities when required by law.
